BMS CAT® Sponsors Dr. Alan Greenspan to Keynote BOMA International Convention

Dr. Greenspan Headlines BOMA's 100th Anniversary Convention in New York City in July

(WASHINGTON, DC—April 17, 2007) The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International announced today that Dr. Alan Greenspan, former chairman of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, will be the keynote speaker during the Monday morning general session of the North American Commercial Real Estate Congress® and The Office Building Show in New York City, July 21-24, 2007.

Alan Greenspan served as the Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System for 18 years being designated Chairman by Presidents Reagan, Bush, Clinton and Bush. Dr. Greenspan also served as Chairman of the Federal Open Market Committee, the System’s principal monetary policymaking body.

During the Monday morning session on July 23, Dr. Greenspan will join BOMA International Chairman Kurt R. Padavano on stage for an engaging conversation about the economic outlook for the U.S. economy in general and the commercial real estate industry specifically.
