BMS CAT Ltd. News Release
11 February 2008

Following its 2007 4th quarter strategy review, commercial disaster restoration services provider, BMS CAT Ltd. has announced the following changes to its structure as part of its commitment to the UK market and its continuing expansion programme:

Bernard Connolly has been appointed Managing Director of BMS CAT Ltd. and will be responsible for the operations and growth within the UK.  “With over 18 years in the restoration industry he brings to the role not only his technical expertise but the means to drive the company’s plans for growth”, said BMS CAT Ltd. Senior Vice President Phil Duncan.

On the UK team along with Bernard will be Neil Healy, UK Operations Director, directly responsible for all field operations and restoration projects, and Corinne Ella, National Accounts Manager, responsible for client relationships and the expansion of National Accounts.  Along with the specific duties their roles bring, Neil and Corinne will be focused on sales and marketing of restoration services both in the pre and post loss sectors.

Having been instrumental in the development of BMS CAT in the UK, Senior Vice President Phil Duncan, will be returning to the US to resume his role with the parent company.  He will continue to provide the link between the US and the UK operations.

Lenny Alexander; Vice President International Business Development, will be leaving BMS CAT Ltd.  The company would like to thank him for his input since the company opened in the UK, and wish him good luck in his future endeavours.

“The repositioned management structure and our parental backing will enable us to focus on the UK market and build on the successes of 2007”, said Connolly.  “It is our continued commitment to outstanding service to our clients that has provided us with the platform for future expansion.”
