We'll work with adjusters to:

• Understand the claims process (former adjusters are account managers)
• Provide the details needed to document the claim
• Present the information in the format per the adjuster's preference
• Ensure pricing is accurate, no stair stepping—allows you to set reserves
• Complete scopes based on walk through
• Daily status meetings with adjuster or clerk of works
• All change orders in writing
• Industry-specific technologies based on loss specialty and need
• Pre-approved pricing for specific customers
